Contested Hearing by Written Statement

Local court rule CMLARLJ 3 of the Napavine Municipal Court allows submission of written statements for traffic and parking infractions instead of appearing at a hearing. If you wish to submit a written statement, please use this form. If you are currently scheduled for a contested hearing, this form must be received by the court no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the hearing. You must also provide the court with a valid e-mail address so that the court can advise you about the result of the hearing. No appeal may be taken from the result.

If you are requesting a deferred finding, please use the mitigation form.

The court will advise you of the result of the hearing by return e-mail. Please use the infraction notice you received to complete this form.
