Making Your Way Through The Court Process
Understanding and making your way through the court process is not easy and can sometimes be very frustrating. There are extensive state and local court rules and everyone appearing before the municipal court is expected to follow them. On the Ticket Information tab there is more information which may be helpful to you in navigating this process.
To respond to an infraction you may use the links below for Mitigation or Contested hearings or contact the court office. This will satisfy the 30 day response requirement. For more detailed information regarding these types of tickets and how to respond, or for information on parking tickets, please view the Ticket Information tab.
