Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Napavine Planning Commission will take public testimony regarding a Preliminary Binding Site Plan application packet and SEPA Checklist from Walsh Holdings, LLC for the following development proposal:
Project Proposal: Walsh Holdings, LLC is applying for approval of a 12,500 square foot (sf) pre-fabricated metal shop building and a 1,200 sf pre-fabricated office building on the 5.53-acre site. Approximately 200 cubic yards of cut along with 7,100 cubic yards of stripping will be removed. About 20,000 cubic yards of imported fill will be placed on site to prepare the building pads. A Critical Areas Report has been prepared as required by this ordinance to address the critical areas and regulatory buffers that are present on the project site. A mitigation plan has also been prepared to address all impacts to critical areas and their buffers.
